I had been hearing about this great seafood restaurant on the South Coast for awhile now, but never got to make it there until this past weekend as I was on my way to Jakes. Boy was I glad that we stopped at Little Ochie as I really got to enjoy some of the best seafood I think I have ever eaten in Jamaica! What made the taste so great was that the fish was so fresh. The South Coast happens to be the fishing capital of Jamaica and each day fishermen deliver the freshest catch right to the door of Little Ochie. I was in seafood heaven as I dined on grilled snapper and gariic butter lobster. I left Little Ochie feeling so full, almost as if I could barely walk and right now just sitting here recounting the experience is making me hungry. I can't wait to return!
